Corient, Liberation House
Overview
Members of the same experienced team now at Neo Office were selected as the sole FF&E delivery partner for Corient's relocation to Liberation House, St Helier.
The project supported the relocation of the business from Grenville Street into a new two-floor workplace environment designed by Elliott Design Partnership.
The brief aimed to create a high-quality office environment aligned with the standards of Corient's London offices while supporting a growing Jersey workforce and a more collaborative style of working.
The completed workplace combined ergonomic workstation settings, bespoke storage, breakout environments, collaboration spaces and executive client-facing areas within a calm and carefully detailed interior scheme.
The Brief
Corient required a workplace that would:
- Create a premium office environment aligned with its London operations
- Improve collaboration between teams
- Consolidate staff across fewer floors
- Support ergonomic working
- Introduce breakout and refreshment environments
- Deliver executive office and client-facing settings
- Incorporate bespoke storage solutions
- Reuse selected existing William Hands furniture
The project also sought to create a calmer and more welcoming environment through the use of natural tones, timber finishes and planting throughout the workplace.
The Solution
Height-adjustable workstations
Electrically height-adjustable workstations were installed throughout the office to support ergonomic comfort and flexibility.
The sit-stand settings helped create a healthier and more adaptable workplace environment while maintaining a clean and consistent visual appearance throughout the office.
Fully articulated monitor arms
All workstations incorporated fully articulated monitor arms to improve screen positioning and ergonomic support for individual users.
The monitor arms also helped maintain cleaner desk environments while improving adjustability across workstation settings.
William Hands bespoke furniture
Executive offices and client suites incorporated William Hands bespoke furniture relocated and adapted from the previous office.
This allowed the project to retain high-quality existing furniture assets while integrating them successfully within the new workplace environment.
Bespoke storage walls
Custom storage walls were surveyed, designed and fitted throughout the office to provide filing and coat storage integrated directly into the architectural layout.
The bespoke approach helped maximise storage efficiency while maintaining a clean and uncluttered workplace aesthetic.
Collaboration and breakout areas
The main working floor was organised around a central refreshment and breakout zone incorporating meeting booths, lounge settings and refectory-style collaboration tables.
This central space acted as a shared social and collaboration hub while also helping strengthen connection between teams across the business.
