Overview

Members of the same experienced team now at Neo Office delivered a bespoke workplace for a confidential global investment client in Jersey, working with Axis Mason and project management by Colin Smith Partnership.

The finished workplace brought together executive meeting environments, collaboration spaces, staff breakout areas and refined client-facing settings, specified from Vitra, William Hands, Actiu and Sixteen3.

It balances executive presentation with the kind of practical, day-to-day usability that makes an office actually work, suited to focused work, collaboration and client interaction in equal measure.

The Brief

The client required a workplace that would:

The Solution

Vitra workstations and meeting seating ran throughout the project, chosen for ergonomic performance, refined detailing and durability built to last.

The consistency did much of the visual work, tying together very different parts of the office under one language.

William Hands bespoke furniture

The executive boardroom took a different direction, with bespoke handmade William Hands furniture including boardroom tables and credenzas finished in marble and stained oak.

It gave the space the premium, client-facing presence the wider architecture called for.

Actiu Dorik tables

Actiu's Dorik tables brought a softer, more sculptural shape into the collaboration spaces, built for informal meetings and flexible team working without losing the practical side of day-to-day use.

Sixteen3 partitioning

Sixteen3 partitioning handled the zoning, softening the separation between collaboration settings without walling off the wider open-plan floor.
